Mix a Bourbon Crusta

What you will need:

1 tablespoon of Superfine

Sugar

1 Lemon Wedge

Peel of  1 Orange, cut into a spiral

1½ Ounces of Bourbon

1/2 Ounce of Cointreau or Triple Sec

2 Teaspoons of Maraschino Liqueur

1/2 Ounce of lemon juice

Wine Goblet
Cocktail Strainer

 

How to make it:

Put the sugar in a saucer or plate. Rub the rim of a Wine Goblet with a lemon wedge and then dip the glass into the sugar. Coat the rim thoroughly. Place the orage peel spiral into the goblet, drapping one end over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Fill a Cocktail Shaker half full with ice cubes and combine the bourbon, cointreau, maraschino liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into the goblet.
